The LAROSTE GRAVEL RACE course returns with its signature DNA: fast, scenic, and perfectly balanced. The challenge begins right by the sea in Lignano, following the peninsula's profile along the Marano Lagoon. A flow of cycle paths, white roads, and secondary routes immersed in the quiet of the hinterland.

At the halfway point, the landscape transforms: leaving the lagoon behind, the route heads toward the Tagliamento River, returning to Lignano through embankments and floodplains that demand steady rhythm and focus. The final kilometers wind through the town’s iconic pine forests, but the real highlight awaits just before the finish line: a spectacular passage across the Lignano beach. An epic finale where sand and sea frame the final sprint to the glory.

A flat but incredibly engaging course, perfect for those who want to push their limits, from enthusiasts to seasoned pros.

The routes for the 2026 edition are currently under development, but one thing is for sure: we are crafting an experience that will blow you away. Building on the success of past years across the Bassa Friulana and Eastern Veneto, the new tracks will be a "Best Of" collection: a perfect blend of our all-time favorite trails and brand-new, breathtaking hidden gems.

The philosophy of LAROSTE GRAVEL RIDE remains the same: no rankings, no clock. Just you, your bike, and a GPS track to follow at your own pace. It’s a journey designed for those who want to slow down and soak in the scenery, cycling through secondary white roads, riverbanks, and the magic of the lagoon.

What makes this journey truly unique are our gourmet rest stops: handpicked wineries and traditional local spots where the authentic flavors of the region meet the passion for cycling.
